Mr. Eugene Montgomery Jr. went home to be with his heavenly father on Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

He was born in Akron, Ohio, July 15, 1955 to Geraldine and Eugene Montgomery Sr. Eugene (The Traveler) was a lifetime resident of this community, attended Akron Public Schools and was in the Army National Guard, honorably discharged as a Corporal.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his mother, Geraldine; father, Eugene Sr. (Carilyn); sisters, Kimberly Swain, Crystal (Rod) Golden and Karen (Timothy) Core II; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 11, 2010 at 12 noon at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church, 180 Edward Ave., with Pastor Robert Evans officiating. Interment at Mt. Peace Cemetery. Procession will form and condolences may be sent to 826 Peerless Ave. 44320
